Return Policy

At Ruggeda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Conditions:

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Products must also be in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for returning the item.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Ruggeda is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Processing Your Return: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, follow the same process as outlined above. Please specify that you are requesting an exchange when you contact customer service.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and process the returned item. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account.
